Long gone summer days, Été 2007

An awesome chil trip to Dungeness Spit with Bhuvana, Greg, and Cecilia. Something about that coffee shop we read in on the way back.

Flyin to New Mexico with Colin. That was one funny funny flight experience. Among other things, we discovered a ridiculous offer in the in-flight magazine: a portable hot tub which can be mounted on top of an SUV. Whoa!

A moment to remember at Mesa Verde, Colorado.

On the road ...

Sunset at Chaco Canyon.

Sailing with David's bible buddies from Montlake to Magnuson Park and back. Navigating in the dark was by far the coolest part.

And a late summer trip to the beautiful Oregon Coast:

Walking in Corvalis.

Wha, wha, whaaat!?

Surfbreak somewhere on the coast.

All that love!

Good morning America!

I had always wanted to see these haystacks and I had no idea they were in Oregon.

Gotta love The Astoria Tower: I met Brad Pitt on Astoria Square in Budapest, a security guard at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Manhattan found my passport on Park Avenue, I spent the night of the New York blackout on a rooftop in Queens Astoria, and then I went running up and down this tower in Astoria, Oregon. Life's too awesome.

Bye bye old house!

It is almost time to move! Here are some pictures from our beautiful house at 5026 21st Ave, where we lived for 2 whole years.

The landlord's jungle, ladies and gentlemen.

The sexy red door with the lion. No, Gianni Versace did not live here! But Sally did solve a whole lot of NY Times cross word puzzles on the bench.

My kick-ass room. Oh, I'll miss the sunrise...

... and I'll miss all this space. Really, the closet door was just a guideline for how much stuff I could have.

Team Zissou ready for underwater action on Halloween in 2005.

A dance party, before we started dancing, a loooong looooong time ago.

I think they were looking at the stars and I think this was the night someone found a black bear roaming free in our neighborhood. And it's also the same night someone smashed Sam's Audi's back windshield... see the connection?

A berry smoothie the morning after I broke my first bone ever. Yummie, the smoothie and my broken bone ;-).

We are so beautiful. Clearly, life would not be the same without the laptop (Mac product placement).

Whoever was up for sunrise was not me, but very pretty!

Adios mi casa, salut ma chateau! Cake and whipped cream for the masses, I am moving to a mansion on the hill.

When I tried to search for an image of the new house on google images, this is what I got. Go figure! No wonder so many of the computer science people I meet in Seattle tell me they work on image search engines.
